The corporate media, owned by the ruling elite, morphed into a propagandizing machine to disseminate any messaging to ordinary people. Facts and truth be damned.
As collateral damage, they destroyed fact-based objective journalism and reporting. This damage makes it very difficult for the average person to receive unbiased, factual information and determine their own conclusions.
With the onset of technology, the population now has the tools for a more level playing field. The ruling elite can no longer hide behind corrupted, biased media to communicate manipulated information because we have truth and facts on our side.
